On this page, I’m sharing information about my professional qualifications to help you determine if my services, including therapy and classes, are the right fit for you. While it may seem that I work in many different areas, they all share one central goal: to help people awaken to who they truly are and what they are capable of. I don’t consider myself a healer, but rather someone who can support you in connecting with your own capacity for self-healing and higher consciousness. I believe in the immense creative and healing power within each of us—my practice helped me discover mine, and it would be an honor to help you connect with yours.

Author: My new book Manifesting from Oneness – The Book of Yoga & Manifestation is also my first, and I’m grateful to KRI Publishing for bringing it to life. Available in November 2025, you can learn more about it here. In the book, I explore how manifestation techniques align with yogic teachings. Yoga is the science of oneness with the universe, and manifestation works when you understand this connection. Both are rooted in the same truth, and I’m excited to share how combining them can create real results in your life.

Yoga Teacher & Trainer: I became interested in yoga and meditation around 2005 and became a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2006. Since then, I’ve been teaching continuously, mostly in New York City and now in Miami. I’m certified in both Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga, but my practice is mainly focused on Kundalini Yoga, which offers a wealth of teachings and practices that can be applied to many life situations. I often turn to it to find solutions for myself and my clients. I find the classic yogic texts, like the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras, to be very practical and relevant to modern life, and the positive impact that yogic teachings have had on me is one of the main reasons I enjoy teaching. In addition to teaching, I’m a KRI Professional Trainer and have worked on many teacher training programs to help others become instructors.

Counselor: I am currently training to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in a Master’s program at Nova Southeastern University, with plans to graduate in 2025. I intend to integrate aspects of yoga therapy into my counseling practice, as the field is increasingly incorporating Eastern approaches to psychotherapy, such as mindfulness techniques and related CBT methods. Please stay tuned for future announcements or feel free to contact me to discuss yoga therapy today.

Yoga Therapist. I have been a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist since 2017. You can learn more about yoga therapy here. While it has many applications, my primary focus is on using yoga therapy to support mental health, rather than physical therapy. What I love about this healing modality is that it integrates the spiritual dimension of being—an aspect often overlooked in other forms of therapy. This holistic approach greatly expands the potential for healing and personal growth. Yoga therapy can stand alone or complement other therapeutic practices. The International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) is the professional organization supporting this growing field. You can find more information, including details about my credentials, on their public website at www.yogatherapy.health.
